Yes, 30 Rock's season 7 is pretty much what you would expect - a winding down and wrapping up of six years worth of content. Witty and hilarious as ever, I was happy to buy the episodes that weren't available for free on Hulu. I just couldn't wait for Netflix to put season 7 up! But, yes...it is a finale.
